Our return policy allows for returns within 14-days of receiving your item. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be, and in that unlikely event, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a refund you have to follow our policies.

• The item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must not have been used or damaged in any way.

2. Refund Process

• Once we receive your request, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

What is the restocking fee?

Because our items are handcrafted to order, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount for all "change of mind" or "no-reason" returns. This fee covers the labor and processing costs associated with our handmade process.

How much will customers pay for return shipping?

Does not support no reason to return or exchange.
If the return is not caused by quality problems, the customer will have to bear the postage freight.
We offer a 14-day returns and exchange policy. Products must be in their original packaging and it must not be worn and kept in a resellable state. If we find that it has been worn, we will send the items back to you.
Please contact us with your order number, a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods, and/or exchange details. 
We do not refund shipping fees for returns.

4. Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at mugrs-official@outlook.com within 1 days of your purchase.
• The item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
• You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for the exchange.
