Why such a small bag?
Because we believe going out shouldn't be a burden. Mugrs Classic 1.0 was designed with one purpose — carry only what matters. No heavy backpack when shopping, and free hands to hold your child, carry things, and answer calls when picking up kids. Verified by 5000+ users: small is perfect.
What can it hold?
2 phones + lipstick + keys + tissues + access card. Dimensions: 10 × 5 × 18cm. Supports phones up to 6.81 inches (iPhone Pro Max fit perfectly). It holds what you need for going out, but not what you don't — exactly as intended.
How many pockets/compartments inside?
Just one main compartment, no extra pockets or dividers. Pure minimalism — one open space where you grab your phone, keys, lipstick, tissues without digging through tiny pockets. When you only need a few things, simplicity is best.
Is vegan leather durable? Is it waterproof?
We use upgraded eco-friendly vegan leather that handles light rain and splashes with ease. Just wipe with a damp cloth to clean. Durability proven repeatedly.
Is the strap adjustable?
Yes. Wear it crossbody or over the shoulder. Fits different heights comfortably.
Will handmade bags have imperfections?
Each bag is handmade by our artisans, so there may be slight size variations (±0.5cm) between units in the same color. This does not affect functionality. It's the warmth of handmade — no two are exactly the same.
Can I get it personalized / engraved?
Custom engraving is not available for the standard version. But 15 colors + embossed/unembossed options already give you plenty of combinations. For gifting, just pick their favorite color — many buyers do exactly that.
Can I choose embossed or unembossed?
Yes — both embossed (with Mugrs logo) and unembossed (smooth) options are available. Choose unembossed if you prefer a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Please note: If embossed versions are unavailable, we may offer unembossed versions as an alternative.
Are 15 colors really a thing?
Yes! From classic Black and Cream to Bee Yellow, Avocado Green, Rose, and Sage — each color is hand-curated by us.

This is exactly what it was designed for. Phone + keys + tissues + lipstick — travel light.
Can I use it for school pickup / walking with kids?
This is one of the most loved use cases. Moms tell us again and again:

Which color should I gift?
